The Laws relating to copyright are complex and far reaching. Any client engaging in the services of More Homes, their architects/draughts people to produce plans in any form, whether it be standard plans, alterations to standard plans or a totally new design, do so on the basis that the copyright to such plans remains totally the property of More Homes.
It is acknowledged by the client, any monies paid to More Homes for preparation for concept plans and working drawings, such monies paid, is for the draughting of plans only and does not include copyright of such plans.
Under the laws of copyright, no one else is permitted to reproduce/ alter or build from such plans, without our consent. We believe that at More Homes, we offer an unbeatable service in this planning, consultative area and consistently put together proposals which optimize a client\'s budget, needs and wants.
Should you reach this stage and prefer our plan but do not wish us to construct the house - PLEASE approach us so that we can give consideration to an arrangement that will protect and satisfy our mutual interests.
Should you not take this precaution, under law you place yourself and your builder at considerable risk, as we should have no option but to take action to protect our interests.
